osaka ben mecca omoroi wa ne~

hi.. meet me agaaaaiiiinn.. oh gosh! i haven't write on my blog for ages! im sorry my bloggie. i didnt mean to forget you. but japan's life is really really hard. there's so much things to do here. my life is not as easy as i live in Malaysia. everything's so complicated! for example. KANJI.. i have to remember all Japanese kanji for like 1500 kanjis. damn it! that's why i dont read newspaper here in japan.. haha.. so complicated to read!

today i saw Vogue magazine. i saw there's my mom (read : Angeline Jolie) in the cover of Vogue magazine. im so excited to read it. until i open the page and i saw all kanji. Daamn! kanji kanji kanji everywhere. trust me! if you wanna survive in japan. better learn kanji in your hometown then you can come here. like when i wanna buy eye teardrop. i have to read really carefully all the content at the back of the bottle. one time, i bought wrong medicine for my eyes. but thank god my eyes still can be open until now. ha ha.. because i just realize when i saw the picture at the content of the medicine.

oh ya.. im proudly tell that I'm an OSAKA GIRL. that's what my friend in Tokyo called me. since i frequently travel Osaka-Tokyo to visit my cousin. my friends always laugh because i speak in different accent of Japanese. i speak in kansai accent. but i love it. actually it's quite different with kantou accent ( accent as everybody speak in tokyo) people in Tokyo speak as we learn in the language school. how different? im gonna tell you :

- for example : 'very' in Tokyo accent called 'cho' or 'totemo' but in Osaka accent called 'meccha'
- 'domo arigatou' means thank you very much in Tokyo accent. but in osaka accent 'maido ari'

and there's so many differences of Osaka and Tokyo accent. im also still learning. there's one day police came to me and asked my student ID. during checking my ID he spoke osaka accent that i cant even understand. wth! i just told him that im still staying in Osaka for 3 months. my japanese still worse.

speaking of hard living. i cant believe that i lose some weight here. but i eat alot! i love japan's food. such as sushi, sashimi, takoyaki, okonomiyaki, yakisoba, yakiniku, udon, ramen, dango, dorayaki, and so on. but i told you that my live is not as simple as in Malaysia. everything is soooo damn expensive here. such as subway and train ticket. all transportation in japan are so expensive. shinkansen from Osaka to Tokyo cost 150.000 Yen which is $150. wow!!!!

so, because of subway ticket is soooo expensive. i rather walking from my apartment to school everyday. and i took about 2 station from my apartment or 20 minutes walking. everyday i just save 400 yen for my self. i save money for something that i cant deny. sometimes i cant deny cute shoes in japan. i have this 'thing' with shoes in japan. all boots and shoes are sooooo cute! japan is like heaven of shoes and boots! and also they are so cheap. 1 pair of cute boots only cost 2000 yen or just $20. can you believe it? that's why i need part-time job here to fulfill my inappropriate-shoe expense. haha

travel blog

last time in my blog i wrote about the country that i had stayed. last time i had studied in Nilai, Malaysia. unfortunately i wrote about something bad and people curse me. haha.. btw, i wont do the second mistake again. dont worried. some more, i already erased everything in my blog. then now i start to write again

now i also wanna write about the country that i am staying. to be honest, japan is really interesting to be lived. not to visit. but live. because there are more and more interesting things ( i should call it 'thing') to see. such as their culture that you never found in your home country. really really interesting.

until now, im staying in japan for almost 2 months. and i still get excited to look around japan. but that's my habit. i love traveling until my money finished. in malaysia also like that. i traveled around malaysia until singapore and thailand. in the end of the month, i depend on my lil' tiny credit card to survive. haha..

yokoso japan!

hi... long time not filling up my dearest blog. it's beeen 3 weeks i stay in japan. in case english will be forgotten. so, i decided to write my blog again and share my story about living in japan too..

i bet everybody has seen my update photos in facebook. every of my friends really happy to see my photos in facebook. first day i came in japan, i directly went to many places. i also really happy that i can go around Tokyo. i landed on narita (Tokyo airport) and been picked up by my dearest cousin- kak aci- her japanese is incredibly good! so i can depend on her.

first impression about japan that came into my mind-- what kind of country is this??? NO ENGLISH at all. i cant understand what are they talking about. i cant understand the letter in singboard, train, etc. am i in different planet now?? all i know, i've studied english for about 3 years and it's USELESS when i came here. for those who want to visit japan. please study japanese in your hometown first. or else you gonna lost in the middle of nowhere. note : not all japanese are friendly. they are kind of robot who walk and talk fast. like time is all that matters.

now im in the second month of living in japan. im studying Japanese language first. i go to Japanese language school. my school is not in tokyo. it's in Osaka. osaka is second largest city in japan. although it's not same as Tokyo. but Osaka is quite comfortable to be living in. friendly kansai people and cheap food. if you want to see the true japan. you should come to kansai sight seeing. i bet you gonna love it! Tokyo also have many amazing place that can be visited. such as harajuku and shibuya. but in kansai there's alot of towns that should be observe.
